Shipping policy

Domestic orders of at least $69 ship FREE via standard shipping to destinations in the USA. The order subtotal must be at least $69 after any coupons/discounts are applied in order to qualify for free shipping. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless specified otherwise. Our standard shipping method is USPS Ground Advantagee, with most destinations delivering in 2-5 business days. Certain destinations may take up to 7 business days, particularly the west coast, and non-contiguous destinations including Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. We may choose to ship your order via UPS or FedEx in certain situations, and a signature may be required for delivery on orders above $250 in value.

In addition to Canada, we currently ship to the following international destinations: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United Arab Emirates.

Any customs, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Some countries may require us to collect taxes, GST, or VAT on their behalf. We will do so only if required and applicable taxes will be shown during checkout. Customers are responsible for understanding the laws and processes related to duties and taxes in their country and region. We cannot control whether a package gets delayed and/or charged duties and taxes by the customs office in any international country.
