We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an easy free return if you change your mind or are dissatisfied in any way.


To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. Please have your order number ready or a copy of your order confirmation email. Refunds do not include outgoing shipping fees that were paid on the order. We may add a restocking fee for items that are not returned in original condition. 


To start a return, you can log into your account to initiate a self return. Click on My Account at the top of the website and enter you email address, then you will recieve a code to log in and you can request a return from there. You may also contact us directly at info@quiltingmuse.com and we can send you a free return shipping label and instructions.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or products marked as final sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The best way to exchange an item is to request a return for the item you want to replace, then submit a new order on our website for the item you want. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund on your original order. 

 

Refunds
When we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will then process a refund on the order. Refunds are issued on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 14 days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@quiltingmuse.com.
